The PSPS Alumni Impact Contest:

Celebrating Achievements & Contributions

  Park Chung Hee School of Policy and Saemaul holds a contest for PSPS alumni to highlight the outstanding impacts and contributions of our alumni.  All PSPS alumni are invited to share various development experiences.

1. Application Submission Period: November 1 – November 22, 2024 (Deadline: 17:00 Korean Local Time)

2. Eligibility: Open to all PSPS alumni.

3. Contest Themes:

Participants are welcome to submit entries based on either of the following themes or may choose to incorporate both:

1) Personal and Professional Impact: Share how your PSPS education has shaped your career, including achievements like promotions, public office elections, doctoral degrees, publications in international journals, and other notable milestones.

2) Community Development: Describe your significant contributions to community development, particularly how you have applied the principles and spirit of Saemaul Undong in these efforts.

4. Submission Guidelines:

Language: All entries must be written in English.

Entry Type: Individual submissions only.

Procedure: Complete the application form and submit your entry (as a Word document) via email to psps@yu.ac.kr.

5. Prizes:

1st Prize: 1,000,000 KRW (for 1 recipient)

2nd Prize: 500,000 KRW (for 2 recipients)

3rd Prize: 200,000 KRW (for 5 recipients)

6. Winner Announcement: December 9, 2024 (Winners will be contacted directly)
